  • Not at all. The Inner Circle Club is designed to fit into real life. You can participate weekly, occasionally, or simply follow along quietly. There are no expectations to show up every time — being here in whatever way works for you is enough.

  • There’s no such thing as falling behind. Each Chapter is flexible by design, and Quests are optional. Some members participate actively, others move more quietly. Both are equally welcome. Progress here is personal, not measured or compared.

  • Neither— and intentionally so. While movement and reading are part of the Inner Circle Club, this isn’t a structured workout plan or a traditional book club. It’s a broader approach to intentional living that encourages balance across movement, mindset, rest, and presence without rigid rules.

  • Nope. Everything happens inside my Instagram broadcast channel, so it’s easy to follow and easy to participate.

  • Yes, for now. The Inner Circle Club is currently free to join as it grows and evolves. If paid options are introduced in the future, they’ll be optional and shared clearly in advance.

  • Absolutely. You can join at any time— there’s no “right” moment to start. Each Chapter is flexible, and you’re welcome to step in wherever you are.

  • No. Submitting the scroll is optional, just a fun way to reflect on your month and, if you’d like, help me thoughtfully place you within the Inner Circle Club tiers.

  • That’s completely okay. The Inner Circle Club welcomes both active and quiet members. You never have to post, reply, or share to belong here.
