✰ Mail is sent the first week of each month with a standard USPS stamp (no tracking, this is snail mail)!

✰ Join by the 20th of each month to receive the following month’s letter. (Example: If you subscribe on May 5th, your first letter will be the June edition. If you subscribe on May 23rd, your first letter will July.)

✰ Billed on the same day you initially subscribed.

✰ Shipping is included in the price.

✰ Change your shipping address or cancel your subscription anytime in your Stripe Customer Portal. 

FAQ

  • You’ll be charged at checkout, then monthly on the same date going forward.

  • Yes—your membership can be canceled at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • If your letter arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at moonhollowsociety@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item(s).

  • To keep the mail club affordable, mailers are sent with standard USPS stamps (aka snail mail), so tracking isn’t available.

  • Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at moonhollowsociety@gmail.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Moon Hollow Society Mail Club.

  • We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. USPS restricted list. You can subscribe here.
