  • Not at all. The Paper Moon Society is designed to fit into real life. You can participate weekly, occasionally, or simply follow along quietly.

  • There’s no such thing as falling behind. Some members participate actively, others move more quietly. Both are equally welcome. Progress here is personal, not measured or compared.

  • Neither— and intentionally so. While movement and reading are part of The Paper Moon Society, this isn’t a structured workout plan or a traditional book club. It’s a broader approach to intentional living that encourages balance across movement, mindset, rest, and presence.

  • No. Everything happens inside my instagram broadcast channel, so it’s easy to follow and easy to participate. FYI — you can’t see a broadcast channel from a computer, you need to be on a mobile device to join.

  • Yes. The Paper Moon Society is currently free to join. If paid options are introduced in the future as the community grows and evolves, they’ll be optional. The broadcast channel chat and weekly mini quests will always be free. :)

  • Absolutely. You can join at any time!!!

  • That’s completely okay. The Paper Moon Society welcomes both active and quiet members. You never have to post, reply, or share to belong here.
